What PhyxUp AI does
From the conversation in the room, PhyxUp AI drafts a care program built around what the patient needs after the visit:

The therapist reviews and approves the program, then sends it to the patient through PhyxUp Health. From there, the platform supports engagement between visits and, for patients enrolled in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), connects qualifying activity to the documentation and claims workflow.
PhyxUp AI does not make clinical decisions. It gives the therapist a structured starting point. Reviewing, editing, and approving the program stays with the clinician.
How it works
- Capture the clinical conversation. With appropriate patient consent, PhyxUp AI captures the clinical context from the visit, so the therapist does not have to reconstruct every instruction afterward.
- Draft a personalized care program. PhyxUp AI organizes the visit into a patient-ready program with exercises, education, goals, precautions, and next steps.
- Review and approve. The therapist reviews the draft, makes any changes, and approves the final program.
- Send to the patient. The approved program goes directly to the patient, giving them one clear place to see what to do between visits.
- Continue care through RTM. For patients enrolled in RTM, PhyxUp supports ongoing monitoring, and qualifying activity flows into the billing workflow where eligible claims can be prepared and submitted.
